RETURN / EXCHANGE - CHANGE OF MINDUpdated a year ago

If you change your mind after receiving your package in the first 60 days, you can return it to us and get another product or a refund.


To request the return process:

Send a message to the email below with the order number or the e-mail address used during the buy.


Once approved, you will ship the item/s to our partner’s warehouse: 860 Bonnie Lane, ElkGrove Village, IL 60007. 

We will issue the refund as soon as you provide us with the tracking number.

We'd also like to remind you that the shipping costs to return products are on the customer. If you choose an exchange, please note that we might apply an extra charge depends on the product. Also, please note that we won’t accept the return of products that are not in their original condition. 

In this case, we’ll send the same product back to you.
