CANCELLING AN ORDER AFTER ORDERING:Updated a year ago

1- For orders not shipped - maximum of 24 hours after placing the order - you just need to contact us at [email protected] informing that would like to cancel or change your order and providing:

- Order number or the e-mail address used during your purchase.

Your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded.

2- For orders in transit to you - If you can, refuse the package when it reaches your address so it comes back to us. 

If this is not possible and you receive the package, we will have to start the return process.

Please contact us at the same email, so we can process your refund request.
