CANCELLING AN ORDER AFTER ORDERINGUpdated a month ago

For unfulfilled orders - maximum 12 hours after placing the order - simply contact us at [email protected] with your order number or the email address used during the purchase, and your cancellation request will be submitted. When/if accepted, one of our agents will contact you to confirm that your order has been canceled and your money refunded.


If the order is already in transit to you, we won’t be able to cancel it. At this stage, we can offer the following alternatives:

(i) You can refuse the package when it arrives at your address so that it can be returned to us.

(ii) If you can’t refuse it and you receive the package, we will accept the product back at our warehouse: 860 Bonnie Lane, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007.

Keep in mind that the return will be at the customer's expense, and we will not refund or issue a store credit for the shipping costs, only the value of the product. For both cases, it is essential that you contact us via e-mail at  [email protected] so that we can support you and register your return request.
