WARRANTYUpdated a year ago

We at Statik warrant our products against defects in material, manufacturing, or workmanship for a period of one year. From the date of the original purchase of the product by a consumer. 

Statik does not warrant any smartphone, headphones, accessories, or other devices made by a different brand than Statik.

 If a material, manufacturing, or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Statik product, and we receive a valid claim within the Warranty Period, we will at our option: 

(i) replace the Statik product with a new unit of the same product, depending on availability

(ii) issue store credit in the amount of the original purchase of the product

(iii) issue a refund for the original purchase if the product is within the Warranty Period when the warranty claim is submitted. 

In the event of a defect, these are the exclusive remedies for the customer. 

This Limited Warranty is extended only to the original end customer and will not be extended to any other person or transferee.

Include videos or photos clearly showing the defect in the product’s usability.
