We warrant Statik products against defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years from the original delivery date (applies to purchases made after 2024).
If your KeySmart product develops a defect in materials or workmanship within the warranty period, we will provide a solution. You may choose:
(i) Replacement of the product with a new unit of the same model (subject to availability)
(ii) Store credit equal to the product’s value or full purchase price
(iii) Refund to the original payment method if the defect occurs within 30 days of purchase (full refunds only apply to clearly defective products)
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
To make a warranty claim, please email us at [email protected] providing your order number, photos or videos clearly showing the defect with the brief description of how your Statik broke. We will review the claim and provide your replacement, store credit, or refund promptly
