Fully charge your Snap-N-Charge before first use.

Inset a USB-C charging cable. It’s normal if the tip doesn’t insert all the way, this won’t cause any issues. If you see the blue light, it’s charging.

Check when it’s fully charged.
Press the side button to see the remaining battery level.

Insert the magnetic tips firmly on your device
Apply gentle pressure to make sure the small magnetic tips are properly seated in your device’s charging port.

If your phone has a case, remove it first.
This helps the magnetic tip fit correctly.

After following these steps, your Snap-N-Charge should charge your device.
