You should fully charge your Snap-N-Charge before using it for the first timeTo charge the Snap-N-Charge you need to use the white cable that came with it, don't worry if the tip doesn't go all the way, it won't cause any problems. If you see the blue light, it's charging.

To know if the charge is complete press the side button, it is done to indicate the amount of charge that is still in the Snap-N-Charge.

Apply pressure to the magnetic tips to get them seated properly in your devices (the small pieces).

If your phone has a case, we advise removing them before plugging the magnetic tips and device.

Your Snap-N-Charge should charge after the instructions.
