• What's different between HyperMount Gen 3 and the original HyperMount (Gen 2)?
  • Gen 3 brings the HyperMount Pro base to the regular HyperMount — including the suction release tab for easy removal, thicker N52 magnets for a stronger hold, and redesigned magnetic rings for Android users. Same surface compatibility, upgraded everywhere it matters.

• Will it work with my Android phone?
  • Yes, two magnetic ring adapters are included in the box. Stick a ring to the back of your phone or case, and your phone snaps onto the mount just like a MagSafe iPhone. The Gen 3 rings have been redesigned based on Gen 2 customer feedback to be easier to apply correctly.
• How do I remove HyperMount Gen 3 from a surface?
  • Pull the suction release tab on the base to break the vacuum seal, then lift the mount away.
• The grip feels weaker after a while. Is it broken?
  • No, the base just needs to be cleaned. Rinse it with warm water, let it air dry, and the suction strength returns to nearly full.
• Can I use HyperMount Gen 3 in my car?
  • Yes, it's designed for car dashboards and works on textured plastic surfaces where most suction mounts fail. Clean the dashboard first for the best seal, and avoid surfaces that get extremely hot from direct sun (over 180°F sustained) for the longest life.
• How do I apply the magnetic ring to my phone or case?
  • Clean the back of your phone or case with the included alcohol wipe, peel the adhesive backing off the ring, center it on the back of your phone, and press firmly for 30 seconds. Wait 24 hours before maximum-weight use for the adhesive to fully cure.
