How do I update or cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed and you've received your order confirmation email, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make any changes to your order. Please double-check that all your order details are correct, especially if you are completing your payment through PayPal or a credit/debit card.

Our team is unable to make any changes to an order once a shipping notification email has been sent or a tracking number has been assigned.


Update an Order 

If you have not yet received a shipping notification email for your order and would like to update the shipping address or your order, please submit a request to update your order through the email [email protected]

Our team will start working on your request as soon as possible. That said, even if you haven’t received a tracking number yet, it might be too late to make changes. 


Cancel an Order

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible according to the shipping method selected at checkout. 

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately after placing it. Once your request is received and confirmed before shipment, we will issue a full refund or store credit as soon as possible using the same payment method used for the purchase. 

Please note that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to recall or reroute it back to our warehouse. To request an order update or cancellation, please email us at [email protected]
