Which port should I use? USB-C is the high-power port (up to 45W). Use it for your laptop, tablet or the device you want charged fastest. Use USB-A for a phone or accessory.

Getting started

Plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
Plug your charging cable into the USB-C or USB-A port.
Connect your device and check that it shows it is charging.
To charge two devices, use both ports. The adapter shares the power between them automatically.

For a laptop, use a USB-C cable rated for at least 60W (most USB-C to USB-C cables, including Statik 360 PRO cables).

Charging and compatibility

The adapter only sends as much power as each device asks for, so it is safe for phones as well as laptops.

Phone on USB-C: Your phone's own max fast-charge speed (iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel and other USB-C PD phones)
Laptop or tablet on USB-C: Up to 45W. Enough for tablets and many thin-and-light USB-C laptops; bigger laptops will charge more slowly
Device on USB-A: Up to 18W
Laptop + phone together: 48W total, shared between both ports

Travel: the 100–240V input works on any power grid, but you will need a plug adapter for outlets that do not take US-style prongs.

Care and safety

Indoors and dry.

Use it indoors, away from water, sinks and damp rooms. Never touch it with wet hands.

Give it air.

Do not cover it with pillows, blankets or clothing while it is charging.

Warm is normal, hot is not.

The adapter can feel warm during fast charging. If it becomes too hot to hold, unplug it and let it cool.

Unplug by the body.

Pull the adapter itself, not the cable, when you unplug it from the wall.

Mind the cable.

Do not bend cables sharply at the port or let the adapter hang from a loose outlet by its cable.

Do not use a damaged adapter. If the case is cracked, the prongs are bent, or it smells of burning, stop using it and contact support. Do not open or repair it; there are no user-serviceable parts inside.

Keep away from children and pets. Not a toy.

Troubleshooting and FAQ

Problem: Try this
Device not charging: Reseat the cable at both ends. Try the other port, another cable and another outlet.
Laptop charging slowly: Use the USB-C port with a USB-C cable rated for 60W or more. Laptops that need over 45W charge more slowly, especially while in use.
Speed drops when a second device is plugged in: Normal. Both ports share 48W. Unplug the second device for full speed on USB-C.
Adapter feels very hot: Unplug it, let it cool and make sure it is not covered. If it keeps happening, contact support.

Will it work with my Statik cables?

Yes. It works with all Statik 360 and BlitzCharge cables, and with any standard USB-C or USB-A charging cable.

Will 48W damage my phone?

No. USB-C Power Delivery only sends the power your phone asks for.

Is it safe to leave plugged in?

Yes. Built-in protection guards against overheating, overcharging and short circuits.
